The heart of the house centers around a magnificent stone fireplace crafted from beautiful regional stone. Thanks to the authentic thick stone walls and traditional stone flooring characteristic of the area, this room maintains a naturally cool, comfortable temperature year-round. A vaulted ceiling adds height and grandeur to the space, crowned by an antique chandelier from an 18th-century church, which fills the foyer with soft, timeless light. Overlooking the entrance is a striking, larger-than-life portrait of Whang-od, the legendary Filipino tattoo artist, honoring elder wisdom and tradition. The living room is divided into two areas: the foyer features a large desk with monitor and printer for guest use, plus an 18th-century antique desk, while the main living area provides comfortable seating with two couches, several armchairs, and large floor cushions. For presentations or entertainment, the room is equipped with a projector, computer cable connection, and pull-down screen, with seating capacity for 12–14 people.
